Not much to say about this… a popcorn storm went up a couple miles east of my house, so I hopped in the car and drove into the core, got into mostly sub-severe hail minus a few 1″ stones.  The hail was heavy, though, and did drift up in a few places.  The storm literally died on top of me within minutes, and I was back home and comfy within a 20-minute round trip.  Easy TV!

Traffic on CO-60 near Gilcrest as the hail came down.
One vehicle did pull off to wait out the hail.
Lots of pea-to-penny with a few quarters mixed in.
One of the hail drifts left behind by this VERY brief little core.
